Now that I work at a school, you'd think a snow day would be an awesome thing that I could cherish and enjoy.

Well you'd be wrong.

My school doesn't have any snow days, so as of today, I officially lost a day of my "spring break".

NOT COOL.

when you smile, the sun, it peaks through the clouds

When I woke up to go into work, the weather looked absolutely insane.  It looked like a full on blizzard.  Of course, I woke up late, so as I ran to take a shower, I was cursing myself because I only had a bout a half an hour to shower, get ready, then dig my car out of the snow.

So imagine my surprise when I went to get the snow off my car and it slid right off....  And I could drive right through the snow wiht no problems....  And when I got to the main roads it was completely clear...

In conclusion, the snow didn't annoy me today.

it still doesn't help the sting

one day within the -nearer- future, taking pictures of the snow will feel like a lifetime ago.

oh it's such a perfect day

not even my cat wants to go out in this crap.

This snow snow - literally - made everything white. 
yes, i know, it's very very pretty... winter wonderland and all that jazz... woo hoo.  so excited.  i just cant get over it.  yaaayy.

two days a week outside your cell

Snow Snow Snow. 
I went outside today in the snow.  I shoveled my car out, got all the snow off of it, and cracked ice off of my drive way...  Total Chore.  Just a whole bunch of annoying work caused by the weather!

Reminded me of why snow was so much more fun when I was younger and didn't have to worry about these kinds of things!  Before I had a car, all I had to worry about was if I was going to get snow shoved and rubbed in my face by my brother when I wasn't paying attention.  

Sigh.. the good old days!
