Halloween 2010 continued.
I decided to celebrate this Sunday Halloween, I would watch a lot of horror movies.
I started off by watching, "The Crazies" -- which was stupid.  Don't ever watch that movie.

After that, I watched some of this movie called, "Creepshow" that Nathan recommended.  However, I never got to finish it because I realized I had to study for this test I had to take the next day.   I'm really kind of bummed I haven't finished it yet, though,  because in the 15 minutes I did watch, I fell in love.  I wanted to be in a shot for shot remake of that movie.  Here's a clip:



How awesome is that?!  I'm going to watch the rest very soon.  Thank you, Instant Netflix!

Anyway, I wanted to watch "Drag Me To Hell" to cap it all off, but I couldn't even get through movie #2.  I'm still mad that I started with "The Crazies", what was I thinking?  The only horror movie I saw in full on Halloween was the crappiest horror movie I've seen in a long time.  Pshaw!

My favorite holiday of the year!! (okay. tied with Christmas. But it is definitely a favorite holiday.)

This year, I wanted to go as a gypsy:

However, I changed my mind and decided to go as a "Bruised Nun"... at least that's what Steve thought.  REALLY, what I wanted to do was a Wednesday Addams type, but since I have blonde hair that I don't want stained, I decided to call myself, "Monday Addams" and went as Wednesday's cousin.

Jenell went as Black and White Betty Boop.

We went to the Bus Stop for their Halloween show and then a party at Zane St.  Basically we had the scariest Halloween ever known to man.

The only thing that would have made it scarier was walking in that West Chester cemetery that was across the street from Boston Market!!

My sister and I didn't give out candy this year for Halloween. It really doesn't make much of a difference anyway because we only had about 5 trick or treaters :(

Anyway, she and I both love these lollipops. They're the best. We actually found these by chance and couldn't believe it considering we have been looking for them for the past 2 years with no avail.

Description: apple lollipops with caramel around the outside. I highly recommend it and I'm glad we didn't give any away to our 5 trick or treaters.

ANYWAY FOR HALLOWEEN!!!!!
I was a ringleader at a circus. This is me without my hat on. And you can't see my outfit. This is a poor example of my costume! Use your ~imagination~ to picture a black and silver striped dress, a top hat, a whip and black boots!!!!


This is "Bodiless Iron Man as a Gentleman". Great costume, one of the best of the evening.


Anyway, I also ran into a Cherokee Indian and Karl Childers (aka SLINGBLADE)


Kay now ~imagine~ a picture of Steve looking like a Disney Prince. And ~imagine~ a group photo with the Indian, Slingblade, myself, Joseph as Iron Man and Eric doing a "hey i'm in your photo!" in the background pose.

Anyway, this night was not just important for it's Halloween value. It also had vast importance to my band, yo. This was Jenell and the Yets last show for awhile :( Jenell is a busy art student now, and the Yets aren't as entertaining without her. (true story. Check here for proof.) So we'll just make a new album during our break and hopefully be back with a drummer!

pre-halloween celebration. I'm kinda upset that i didn't turn on my camera flash. Everything is so crappily blurry. All my pictures of Pam? RUINED. On that note, for this halloween costume, I went as Edie Sedgwick.

In doing this, Fran can be thought of as one of my very fabulous friends from the Factory days getting ready to shoot a movie with Andy Warhol.

I also let Steve try to work a camera, we were both really surprised with his abilities, obviously. after many attempts he was able to get a shot.

Also: a farmer tried pizza quesadillas.and they were good.

i told you that we could fly

Hey Bitch -

Since prison, I realized the "cute" act won't cut it anymore. I'm a person that has influence and I should use it. There is a lot going on in the world and like.. I really want to make a difference when I get out of prison. I've had a lot of time to look into my soul and I've realized that I really don't do a lot of really good nice stuff. I act very immature and even though parties at le duex and hyde are fun.... it's time I turn my life around and realize how fortunate I am and how much it must suck for people who don't have what i have. So.. I'm gonna go to Africa and give food out and stuff.

nathan, jenell and i were sick tonight for our show. We were just about to cancel when Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and uh.. Jenell offered to take on the task of being Jenell and the Yets.
Since Nathan, Jenell and I are going to be sick again tomorrow. We told Paris and Nicole about it and they offered to go to Revelation Records on High St at 5ish to play our show again. The other Jenell wasn't too sure about it, but said she had a friend who could probably make it.....

lets say we take this town - no queen or king of any state

trick or treating isn't what it used to be. I was in charge of giving out candy today and I opened the door like 7 times. I LIVE IN A NEIGHBORHOOD .. it shoulda been hella busy!!!
I remember trick or treating being awesome. There was something cool about being dressed up and going trick or treating at night time. It was cool then because we could go around the neighborhood and freak each other out.
There was this cool additional halloween factor about trick or treating at night.
But what has it come to? Trick or Treating starting at 2 PM on a day that isn't even Halloween. I dont even like it when people dress up for parties on days that aren't Halloween - but I've since accepted that weekends are better than weekdays for halloween parties, WHATEVER.
Case in point - Trick or Treating sucks now.

jump in de line, rock your body in time

my parents tried to get rid of all the ghosts in our house today. Since they're my friends I was NOT happy about this. They called some idiot to come in and do a séance and guess what? It actually worked. It was terrible, Barbara and Adam's spirts were pulled into their wedding clothes and were dying :( So I had to do the unthinkable and call upon Beetle____ to come and save them... He saved them, then tried to marry me, but don't worry, Barbara took care of it.
Afterwards, we all danced around to Harry Belefonte's "Jump in the Line" and it was awesome...

NOW THATS A GOOD SUNDAY.
