Today, I skipped on back to my college years and had a hang with Stef and Matt. We hung out for a bit on South Street, had some food and got our Love Aura's read. This psychic must have liked me best because she definitely was very nice to me with my reading. While I do view these things as "fun", this crazy lady told me things that were eeriely CORRECT! like this:
(1) I am good with kids
(2) there is a lot of stress going on in my family right now
(3) She knew I've been thinking about going back to school and knew I wasn't ready to go back yet.
I thought that was crazy. But the rest of what she told me i'll take with a grain of salt. We'll see psychic lady...
After, Matt got to show off his apartment to Stef and we all played Clue. I did not win once. But I didn't take any prisoners. The final game came down to Stef and I racing to the stairs to give the "Solution" and I totally pulled her back into rooms so I could try to outroll her to the finish. Ya gotta do, what you gotta do. Unfortunately, karma didn't like what I was doing and let her get there first and I lost. Oh well.
After that fun filled day, I met up with Jenell, who was late because she was trying to bulk up her arms by not having power steering in her car anymore. Again - you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyway, we went to see "dinner for schmucks". I thought it was funny, Steve Carell was awesome, as usual! His character was a combination of "Brick" from "Anchorman" and "Michael Scott". Then there were so many other people I looovved in the movie like Paul Rudd, Zach Galifinakis and Jemanie Clement. Really - how could it go wrong?
