SO ON FRIDAY NIGHT. I went to Philly to see a screening of an animated film called, "The Romantic". I've been hearing about the movie for awhile because my dear friend, and devoted Blogger, Nathan composed all the music for the movie. Needless to say, his music accompanied the film to a "t" and it was an overall success. Here is Nathan thanking his parents for giving him birth.

After that, Nathan stood around and looked like a genius for about an hour and enjoyed a vegan pig in a blanket. He also talked to Warren and other people who thought he was a genius as well. Honestly, he did a good thing. Sometimes the movie got a little confusing, so it was nice to have Nathan's music to accompany the mood so you knew if something good or bad was happening, haha. I was impressed. I know I couldn't sit down and compose music for a 90 minute movie. But I am proud to say I know someone who can and further say I was in a band with him.. (yay for bragging rights!) Anyway, here is what it looked like when Nathan stood around for an hour looking like a genius:

The movie itself was pretty cool. I sat down later and tried to piece it together chronologically and it all worked out. I loved the way the animation looked, it was a dark film that looked at love and heartbreak. Very cool stuff. UNFORTUNATELY, I did miss about 5 minutes of the film because I started to feel really lightheaded and sick.. anxiety ridden. THAT SUCKED. But everything else was good.
