Kylie is really friggin short, so seeing her was difficult at times, even though we started off really close. But, the show was really impressive. Kylie is sort of a Pop icon pretty much everywhere but the US, so the show was really awesome to see. She's a pro, no doubt about it. She also knows her demographic. I knew when we went that there'd be a lot of gay guys, but, psh, I was surprised at how MANY there were. I thought there'd be a pretty even girl to gay guy ratio, but no. At one point, we were literally surrounded by gay men. "Not that there's anything wrong with that." Anyway, Kylie made sure she made them very happy and worked the male dancers.
After the show, our feet were killing us, so we sat in a window at Duane Reade and tried to recoup.
Overall, we left NYC happy. Thank you for the heads up, Jenell.
