Did some Amazon shopping and re-bought "Californication" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers since mine skips and hardly plays.The song, "Otherside" came on and I had a memory!!!!
The other day I was thinking about how I had a really lame screen name at one point and I was like, "why did I even have that screen name?"
The screen name was, "Starlet72FF"
I know the "72" was in reference to the year Taylor Hawkins was born.
And the "FF" was in reference to the Foo Fighters.
But where had this "Starlet" come from? Why did I have such a lame screen name when my previous ones (XStatic181, PoDunk247...) had been so badass?
Needless to say, I realized today it was a line from "Otherside"
"Scarlet Starlet and she's in my bed."
I'm surprised it wasn't a Hole reference, honestly.
So even though it was a reference to RHCP and I got some justification to see that it was validated in some rock music way.... it's still pretty lame.

eh i was 15. I just liked how "Scarlet starlet" sounded and i loved that cd. I wouldn't put too much on my decision haha.
