Someone my sister works with just made a nice chunk'o'change from selling their beanie babies, so she in turn wanted to go through all of her old beanie babies and see how much they cost.
When she pulled this huge crate of beanie babies upstairs, we found my old American Dolls in the bottom! We then researched these dolls and found out they're worth some cash on Ebay, but unfortunately, I decided to fashion Samantha's hair in a ponytail, Abby has a huge stain on the front of her dress, and Felicity's hair is a mess and she doesn't have all of her clothes.
This has taught me that - in the future - should I have children, I will make sure all their toys stay in the box and they will remain pristine just in case we find out their toys are worth money one day.
