I decided to do some baking for Thanksgiving and I somehow stumbled into making a lot of pumpkin-esque dishes.
Okay, I admit, "stumbled" may not have been the right word. I think that I made a lot of pumpkin-esque things because I love pumpkin flavors, especially in this time of the year, so it happens. So I made some pumpkin dip (to eat with cinnamon sugar pita chips), some pumpkin bread (for the morning) and this MONSTER SIZED pumpkin roll (with help from my mom and this was made per request of my sister).
And I still wasn't sick of pumpkin after all this..
