it's a rock n roll hanukkah

I wish it were possible to put a DVD onto your computer.

I took a film class in college and I made a movie that would have been seen on TMC in 20 years or so. It involved a cocky guy, a tweekin guy, a girl with or without a mustache and the title, "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do".

I would explain the cinematic piece of excellence further, but it's far too complex to explain, really. There are deeper meanings throughout the movie that just will not translate through words.

And of course, even the one-song-soundtrack is epic. During a very intense scene, weezer's, "Say it Ain't So" (and no I didn't just use that song because it was one of the only song on the computer I was using to edit my masterpiece on) plays as my actress was running away from one of my actors chases her while wearing a crown and waving a fairy stick at her. The song really captured the fear, confusion and insecurities she was feeling.

So yeah. Basically I made a film that would rank with "Citizen Kane", "Vertigo", "The Anchorman" and all the "Godfather" movies. Unfortunately, I can't rip a DVD onto my computer.... FOR SHAME.
