I've been learning about what makes a dive bar a dive bar.
Rule #1: There is only one beer on tap.

As you can see, this bar had multiple beers on tap. THEREFORE. Lickety Split is not a dive bar.

right?

Anway, I don't think it'd be possible for this place to be a dive bar when Topher and the Bossa Nova Brigade are playing.. how could anything be a dive when they bring so much class?
