timmy the turtle

I found a turtle in the middle of the road, so guess what I did? I got out of my car and moved him to the side of the road.
I was proud of myself for saving a life. But then LATER my dad told me that when you take turtles off the road, they usually go right back to the spot.
I hope this turtle didn't do that.
