how long do cicadas live undergound for?
Some childrens book about bugs said 7 years.
My uncle later said it was 14 years.
I just read on Yahoo answers it was 2 - 3 years.
I'd look it up myself, but I know the internet will expose me to pictures of them, and I hate looking at pictures of bugs. Which is ironic, I know.
sooo. does anyone know how long they live underground?
