this plant tells me when fall is almost here. it's always bittersweet. I love fall. I love summer. When fall starts - summer is ending. And it also gives the scary aura of winter :( I hate winter...gah.
This makes me laugh. You make this plant sound like a mystical, magical plant. Like some talking tree from the Bible or something. Like that doesn't normally happen to trees and shrubbery when autumn comes. The changing of the leaves is the sign of autumn (and the coming winter) in any deciduous trees. I mean, you could go to New England and move southward with the colors if you were so inclined! You could have a bittersweet autumn journey! Or even, a soul-searching trip!
thats what i was trying to convey with the "this plant tells me when fall is almost here" like it's a secret that only i can see.
GOSH.
but for real it is called, "Fire" something or other or "burning" something bush. not like 10 commandments-this-is-god-speaking-to-you burning bush but yeah. the thing is known for turning like a fiery red for autumn.
