Since we had just eaten our OWN fries, we really didn't need a whole nother order, so we decided to be great citizens and call our friends and offer them up to them.
This is Jenell on the phone with Nathan. Please note how we are NOT happy. Nathan wasn't in the mood for them. Andrew didn't want them. Jimmy was too asleep to be hungry. And Don doesn't like McDonald's fries!
But finally, after much calling, Matt finally said he'd take them. So we drove a few blocks to Matt's house and were so excited.
Then we had the official hand over...
And success...
In return, Matt gave us Christ Toys.
IN CONCLUSIONthe lesson learned is this...
When you have free food, don't expect people to be excited about it or even want it - expect people to just not care :(
