March 19, 2008 marks the 50th Anniversary of the "Peace Sign". Yup!! That's what CNN told me. Wikipedia defines the "peace sign" as "a representation or object that has come to symbolize peace." It further defines "peace" as " a state of harmony or the absence of hostility". Wow! Peace seems to be a pretty lovely, amazing, ideal thing, eh?
Let's celebrate!
