Army of Me opened last night for Imperial Teen. You probably don't remember them.. they're that band from the ninties that sings "Yoo Hoo", just look it up on itunes and preview that shit if you're really curious. I thought the song was pretty big but I think I'm the only person who knows it. I was happy though that they weren't "beyond" their 90's hit. When we saw Nada Surf, the crowd had to BEG them to play "Popular", but Imperial Teen were like, "We're fuckin doin this." and they did it. I appreciate that.But yes, Army of Me was good. Vince tried to kill all my friends during their set with his mic chord and his jumping-ness. I didn't really appreciate that, but I did appreciate his attempt to help me cheat and get in the show for free.
Just a good deed gone very very wrong.
