where do you go with no destination or maps to guide you?

Today, I got to hang out again with the 4th grader who wanted to be a supermodel a few weeks ago. Times have changed though; she now is debating on being a supermodel or a singer. She asked me a few times if she should be a singer or a supermodel and I kept telling her a singer becuase I thought that took more talent (no offense to Adriana Lima or Gemma Ward if you are reading this blog.)

After telling her this, she had her sights set on the goal. She asked me what she had to do to get famous, and here's what I told her.

1. Write songs (accomplished. see picture. click to enlarge.)
2. Record songs onto a CD at a recording studio downtown.
3. Make a lot of copies of said CD using your computer or a company that makes mass copies of CDs.
4. Play shows and sell CDs or give them to stores to sell them.
5. Get lots of people to like your music.
6. Send your CDs to record labels.
7. Sign a contract with a record label to make $money$
8. Tour the world and play for thousands!
9. Win a Grammy and become friends with Bianca Ryan! (her favorite singer)

She's pretty starved for fame... at age 10, she's hoping for her career to take off at 11.
And I don't see why my advice isn't going to make this possible!
Damn! I'm a good substitute!

You are the modern day Lou Pearlman! Soon you can just grab people off the streets and mold them into super stars. I hear Bobby Brown is looking for a job!
